According to the new policy of the EU customs policy, we have to add the VAT fee for customers who are from members of EU countries. The 27 countries of EU.  The fee will show up when you are at checkout.

Shipment

Orders will be fulfilled within 2 or 3 days after the order is successfully paid. You will have the tracking info within 4 days after you have the tracking number. 

Inventory

Considering the inventory status of EG Aqua switches, Kprepublic.com can only accept PayPal payment for EG Aqua switches. Because the inventory changes quickly. It would happen that EG Aqua switch was out of stock when packing. If that happens, we will hold and put your order into the waiting list directly and ship one by one when the switch is restocked. SHIPMENT -  We recently get lots of feedback that orders to Australia that are shipped with China Post have delayed issue.  We talked with the delivery agency and are told that the issue is effected all parcels to Australia which are shipped in December in 2020.  

The order is on its way, that is what we are told by the delivery agency.

Here is our strategy for such issue - 

- that please contact us by 10th April. Based on our 140-day shipping policy, we will reship or give a refund when we check with the delivery agency.

Perhaps some customers don't quite understand the situation of shipment issue Sample 2 in update 2020/6/16. 

If you have the issue as the following screenshot shows, we cannot take any actions but just wait for China Post's reaction. It means that it is rejected by security check, China Post normally will reship directly. After several attempts, the parcel cannot pass the security check, then the parcel will returned to us. After that, you will get the info like shipment issue sample 1 , then we could reship or refund to you as you want us to.

Recently, we get lots of high-risk order alerts when orders are paid by credit card directly. The orders are automatically refunded by the bank without any notification to us. However, the parcel is on its way for days and cannot be stopped anymore. 

Considering such situation, we will email the customer when we have the high-risk alert, asking for further confirmation ( better to have a proof from bank ) , when customer confirmed, we will ship the order.

• To the Philippines, free shipping channel is open. Please take the shipping time in the FAQ page as reference, no less than a month on average. Expedited shipping can only ship with FedEx service. With the feedback from kind customers, there is extra delivery fee when the parcel arrives in the Philippines, which is paid in cash. KPrepublic.com doesn't charge such fee from you. You need to pay for it if you are assigned to. 

• To India, free shipping channel is open as well. We don't guarantee shipping time as well. Please take FAQ page on shipping time as reference. Please pay attention that KPrepublic.com can only offer SF-Express as expedited shipping for now, and it is likely to require for customers personal info for customs clearance. It is Indian government's policy. If customer doesn't help with customs clearance and the parcel is returned or destroyed, KPrepublic.com won't take responsibility on that. KPrepublic.com won't refund for such reason.

SHIPMENT - Recently, we encounter an issue that parcels are rejected and returned by the security check. We have no idea how it happens as well. The feedback we have from the agency that there are many parcels stuck in the airport waiting for flights, another reason is the security check randomly does the check job not one by one.

If you have such issue, please feel free to contact us (better to leave a message with your order number or tracking number via Live Chat or FB Messanger) and tell us what your decision is. You'd like to have a reshipment or refund.

If you choose reshipment, it takes no less than a week to take action, because the parcel first to the delivery agency then to us.  If you'd like to have a refund, you will have the refund notification within 2 days. Sorry for such inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

It means that the parcel is already on its way or is waiting for scanning in the destination sorting centre.  

The reason is China Post has no info since the parcel hands over to the airport until the destination sorts parcels. It is not just related to how China Post works but also related to how your local sorting centre works during the pandemic.

UPDATE 2020/5/12

We just got updated that DHL is resumed. However, it would delay 3-5 business days. And the special gift would not be available if you want to have DHL service. 

Since there are many orders coming in and out, we are in short of workers so that the 81-switch tester and 130-switch tester are not available. You are able to order them. However, you have to wait. It estimates in June that the two switch testers are available.

UPDATE 2020/5/11

We are sorry that our fulfilment delays. The order will be fulfilled within 9 days. We are trying our best to pace up the fulfilment. For now, we deal with orders that are placed on 2nd May.  

Our process is  - to fulfil the order with tracking number, then to transfer the order to the warehouse for packing (that's why customers get out-of-stock notification after they receive tracking numbers). After that, the packed order goes to the delivery agency for final check. Then the tracking number is activated.
Therefore, we write a note on the tracking page that you could get the tracking info within 3 or 4 days after receiving the tracking number.  Well, under the current situation, the time is going to be longer than the usual. It would be around 5 days that the tracking number will be activated.

As Special gift project, we re-open the project. Please add the correct quantities at checkout. NOT 1 quantity.

if you reach $20 and want to have the medical mask, you need to add THREE special gift at checkout and input the code PEACE&LOVE.

Chinese factories resume working gradually. That's good news. However, International shipping still is under a serious postponed situation. 

Based on the recent conversation with the delivery agency, lots of parcels are stuck in the airport and waiting for their flight. We are sorry for such inconvenience. If your parcel is one of them, please kindly wait for them.

As for expedited shipping, the shipping time cannot be guaranteed as well. Based on the recent data, the average arrival time is around 17 working days.

Currently, we still cannot guarantee the delivery time. For free shipping service, it takes 30 days at least. Also, it takes place recently that many parcels are rejected by the Airport security check. If your order has such issue, please kindly wait for further update, it happens sometimes. Because the Airport security check is random, not properly checks every parcel. No worries, China Post will reship you directly in general. After several failed attempts, China Post will return to us. Then we will reship to you. 

From the 4th of April, we start a project that we will ship pieces of medical masks with orders. If you do need such PPE, please kindly read the post and follow the instruction to have the mask.

Orders - The fulfilment will be within 3 days after you place your orders.  

Inventory - The COVID-19 is fading away in China day by day. That's good news. The delivery recovers a bit but nor completely. The replenishment is still in a slow situation. Because the factory doesn't resume to work completely. It requires to control the gathering infect of pneumonia.  

• 2.25 Aluminium plate is out of stock. So, XD64 kits and BM60 kits will be on hold. ETA in May.

ORDERS - Orders that are placed on the last Saturday will be fulfiled from now on. Hopefully, we could resume to the normal working process that fulfils orders within 48 hours at the end of this week (before 8th March). 

Replenishment - We are sorry that some items are out of stock. Due to the COVID-19 impacts, the replenishment would be slower than the usual.

• BM60 - plate for the PCB is out of stock. It may be available in April, ETA.

• XD87 - plate is out of stock for both XD87 and XD87 HS PCB. For this situation, you could consider having the enclosed or bent case for XD87 which is no other plate required, because the case itself is kind of plate. 

• Gateron Brown switch - Gateron brown switch (including 3pin and 5-pin) isn't available now.  ETA be available in April.

Update 2020.02.11

Orders - We are now fulfilling orders that placed from 1st Feb. Since the coronavirus is still under a bad situation, a few workers work in the warehouse so that the packing process will be slower than the usual. If you are in hurry, please kindly leave messages to us to purchase fast shipping.  For now, we recommend choosing SF-Express. 

Emails & Live Chat messages - From now on, we will reply live chat messages every morning till noon (Beijing time); and reply emails every other day from morning till noon. We feel sorry for the late reply and thank you for your understanding. 

2020 starts with several sad things, coronavirus outbreak, Kobe's gone and Andy Gill passed away... We believe things will go better.

We are happy to be back. It isn't a good Chinese New Year, you may learn about the coronavirus in China. We are fighting it right now.

Well, what we could say is everything would be good eventually.

Here are some notes we'd like to tell you and appreciate that you could understand:

• KPrepublic starts to fulfil orders since 30th of January. This is the very first thing. The tracking number would work within 3 or 4 days. 

• Each of the workers will be allowed to be in the warehouse after 14 days when they are back from their holiday. Therefore, the packing process will be slower than the usual. 

• Shortage Items. We will email you when we find the items in shortage and you could choose to wait or cancel. We are sorry that the replenishment won't be finished very soon. The earliest date will be in March estimated.
