It means that the parcel is already on its way or is waiting for scanning in the destination sorting centre.
The reason is China Post has no info since the parcel hands over to the airport until the destination sorts parcels. It is not just related to how China Post works but also related to how your local sorting centre works during the pandemic.

SAMPLE - 4 If you have the security returned issue, please pay attention that the shipping time would restart, which means the shipping time would be needed another 30 days.
For example, you have a parcel which is packed and shipped on 25th Jan, and you have the security returned issue on 27th Jan and reshipped on 28th Jan, then the shipping time would be recounted from 28th Jan.
