Usually, we generate a tracking number first and fulfill your order. Then the warehouse starts to check the real-time inventory and pack the items. After that, the parcels are transferred to the delivery facility we work with for final check. Therefore, the tracking number is able to be tracked after two or three days when you receive the tracking number in general.  

Yes. It depends on your local customs policy. You are responsible for paying customs or import duties that your country may assign to you.

So far, the purchase expedit shipping may be a bit complicated. We are sorry for that. We are trying to improve the method in the future.

Please kindly pay attention that 1 quantity is 1 USD in the shipping fee link. Eg, 23 USD for SF-express. To choose SF-express, input 23 for 23 USD. 

UPDATE: If you already placed an order and want to have expedit shipping, you could message us with your order number, then we will calculate for you. When you confirm the price that is acceptable, we will add the fee into your cart and you will receive a notification with paying instruction. When you paid, we will fulfil your order as soon as possible. 

NEW UPDATE - We add new feature at the checkout. You could choose standard shipping and expedited shipping. If you select expedited shipping, please TYR NOT TO forget to contat us with your ORDER NUMBER and confirm that there is no extra shipping fee for your order. 

Since the international shipping is influnced by many reasons, the shipping time cannot be controled strictly. On average, it takes approximately 17 days to most countries with free shipping. If you need faster shipping method, please kindly email or message us when you place your order (see above about how to purchase). 

If you get a message that your parcel is returned when you track your order, it is normal. It means the parcel is rejected by the security check when it arrives at the airport. No worries at all. It doesn't mean the parcel has issue, it is just bad luck that there are some unqualified parcels in the same container so that the parcel is rejected as well. Normally, China Post will attempt to reship. After several attempts failed, China Post will returned to us. When we receive the parcel, we will reship you as soon as possible. 

If you do not receive the goods after 90 days, please contact us in time. We will contact the express company for you. If we confirm that the goods cannot arrive or are lost, we will refund to you.If there is any defect or defect in the product you received, please contact us in time and attach video or picture description. After confirmation, we will send you a replacement product for free. Thank you for your understanding and support.
